1. Application based on wear resistance and impact resistance
1) Textile machinery
Textile machinery is an early application area of UHMWPE*. At present, there are an average of 30 UHMWPE parts applied in each textile machinery abroad, such as shuttle thrower, shuttle rod, gear, coupling, flower sweeping rod, buffer block, eccentric wheel, rod bushing, swing back beam and other impact-resistant wear parts.
2) Papermaking machinery
Papermaking machinery is the second area of UHMWPE application. At present, the amount of UHMWPE used in papermaking machinery accounts for 10% of the total, such as the use of UHMWPE to manufacture paper machine wipers, suction tank covers, deflectors, hydrofoils, compacted parts, joints, sealing shafts, deflector wheels, scrapers, filters, etc.
3) Packaging machinery
UHMWPE is used to replace modified fluoroplastics to make guide rails, slider seats, fixed plates, etc. of conveyors, UHMW-PE guide rails, cushions, and guards (plastic steel).
4) General machinery
UHMWPE can be used to make gears, cams, impellers, rollers, pulleys, bearings, bearings, bushings, pins, gaskets, gaskets, elastic couplings, screws, pipe clamps, etc. Such as the protective plate of the pier and bridge pier.
2. Non-stick application
1) Material storage and transportation

2) Agricultural and construction machinery
UHMWPE can be used to make anti-wear plates, brackets, etc. for agricultural tools.

UHMWPE can be used to make skating sleds, sled boards, etc.
3. It is mainly used for corrosion resistance and non-water absorption

The use of UHMW-PE to make warm water containers for solar equipment is one of the most widely used fields of UHMWPE.
2) Chemical equipment
UHMW-PE is used to make chemical industry parts, such as: sealed fillers, fillers, vacuum mold boxes, pump parts, bearing linings, gears, sealing joints, etc.
