Self-lubricating properties
Core characteristics: Friction coefficient as low as 0.05–0.11 (lower than ice), reducing friction resistance by 90% without lubricating oil.
Application Scenarios
1. Food/Pharmaceutical: Conveyor belts for cookie production lines, guide rails for pharmaceutical machinery.
2. Textile Industry: Shuttles, components for rapier looms.
3. Agricultural Machinery: Lining for grain bins in harvesters, slides for feed conveyors.
Corrosion Resistance
Core Feature: Resistant to acids (e.g., hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid), alkalis (e.g., sodium hydroxide), and salt fog.
