UHMWPE refers to ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, HDPE refers to high-density polyethylene, both materials belong to engineering plastics, and their advantages

1. The wear resistance is the highest among plastics, and the larger the molecular weight, the higher the wear resistance and impact resistance of the material;

2. The impact strength is the highest value among the existing plastics, even if it is thrown at 70 degrees with a fairly high impact strength;

3. Self-lubricating;

4. The water absorption rate is extremely low. Therefore, its physical and mechanical properties are independent of the humidity factor in the working conditions used;

5. Chemically stable, within a certain temperature and concentration range, it can resist the corrosion of various corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt and organic solvents 6. Tasteless, non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, with victory cycle and physiological adaptability.

7. Non-adhesion;

8. When the molecular weight exceeds 500,000, the embrittlement temperature drops to 140 degrees. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene can even be used under the action of liquid nitrogen, and its use temperature can reach less than -269 degrees, and it still has a certain mechanical strength.
