Products Description
TPU layflat hose is a flat hose made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material. The hose's braided layer is made from high-strength polyester filament. The inner and outer rubber layers are formed in a single extrusion process using polyurethane material. It features wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and ageing resistance. TPU flat flexible hose is suitable for industries such as petroleum transportation, coal mine emergency drainage, urban emergency drainage, agricultural water supply and irrigation, industrial wastewater transportation, and firefighting long-distance water supply.

UV Resistance: Under 2x magnification, the outer rubber layer of the hose shows no cracks.
Abrasion Resistance: Using an H-22 abrasive wheel with no additional pressure applied, the number of wheel revolutions before the reinforcement layer is exposed shall be no less than 250,000.
Scratch Resistance: For hoses used in ship-to-ship or shore-to-ship oil and water transfer, the tool must complete at least 7,000 cycles before leakage occurs due to surface scratching.
Anti-Static Performance: Oil transfer hoses are reinforced with continuously conductive anti-static wires. These conductive wires ensure electrical continuity between both hose ends, with a maximum resistance not exceeding 50 Ω/s. The hose maintains conductivity even when coiled, bent, or subjected to internal pressure as specified in standards.
Oil Contamination Resistance: When used to transport oil products that require control over colloid content, the test liquid after filling must remain clear and transparent, free from suspended solids or other impurities. After testing, the detergent colloid content in the test liquid shall not exceed 6 mg/100 ml.
Hydraulic Performance: The hose must meet the specified test pressure and minimum burst pressure. Under test pressure, there should be no leakage or visible deformation. During burst testing, the hose should rupture longitudinally. Under the rated working pressure, the change in hose length shall not exceed 2%, and the diameter expansion rate shall not exceed 7%. When observed in the direction of fluid flow, the hose should not twist counterclockwise.
Water and Pollution Resistance: Complies with the safety evaluation standards specified in GB/T 17219.
